There’s something for everyone on our cocktail menu. Why not start bold with a Negroni or an Old Fashioned, with a spirit-forward bitter edge ideal for slow sipping. Shift into something sharper with a Tommy’s Margarita made with Cazcabel Blanco, or let a Dark ‘n’ Stormy carry the evening forward.
When it’s time to wind down, an Espresso Martini made with Burnt Faith and Mr Black does the job beautifully, as does a Dirty Martini, served ice-cold with Ramsbury vodka and house brine.

A cocktail at The Crazy Goose is a good idea on any occasion: date nights, after-dinner drinks, birthday celebrations, or a late-night catch-up that started as one round and turned into several. Tucked just off the beach and close to The Lanes, we’re perfectly placed for a night out and late night drinks in Brighton city centre.
We’re open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, for ‘just one last drink’. For groups looking for something more exclusive, we also offer private dining in Brighton with bespoke menus to match.
